Our emotions of insecurity and lack—which are available varied types, corresponding to anxiousness, guilt, disgrace, aloneness, vacancy, envy, jealousy, resentment, and so forth—are letting us know that our ideas and actions are out of alignment with the reality and that we’re abandoning ourselves in varied methods. These emotions are letting us know that we have to attend to our emotional or bodily self-abandonment.
We abandon ourselves after we outline our value externally, which ends up in emotions of insecurity and a must attempt to management others. Some of these emotions are a sign that our ideas and actions are coming from our ego-wounded self, which is programmed with the various false beliefs we absorbed as we had been rising up about what makes us worthy. Our ego-wounded self has no entry to any supply of reality, and these sorts of emotions can function a sign that we’re very off in what we’re focusing our ideas on.
