Filmmaker and photographer Chris Burkard’s explores the world of parenting in his new brief movie, Unnur, which profiles a fellow journey photographer’s journey with parenthood and the way it modified his perspective on taking dangers.
The principle topic is Elli Thor, an Icelandic photographer, surfer, and former kayaker. A decade in the past, Elli practically drowned underneath a waterfall whereas kayaking a difficult Icelandic river. The close to dying expertise turned a catalyst for private development and his skilled profession.
After strolling away from kayaking, a newfound ardour for browsing and the start of his daughter, Unnur, gave him a contemporary perspective on life.
