Spectrum Offers a Number of Home and Community Based Services

Spectrum Therapeutic Solutions offers a wide range of psychotherapeutic approaches to help adults manage challenges. These include a variety of social anxiety treatment techniques, strategies to address PTSD from childhood trauma, and more.

To be effective, the cannabinoids in cannabis need to be heat-activated. This process is called decarboxylation.

In addition to CHI and C3, Spectrum Therapeutic Solutions is committed to providing industry-leading education for healthcare practitioners, robust clinical research and the development of clinically validated cannabinoid medicines.

ADHD Therapy Services

Our therapists use an eclectic, integrative and holistic approach to mental health therapy. We craft a therapeutic journey that enhances your resilience and strength, helping you navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.

We offer a variety of treatment options for children and adolescents with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Our therapists work with your child or teen to understand their unique strengths and needs, and develop strategies that address their symptoms and impact on daily life.

ABA therapy uses evidence-based approaches to teach functional skills that improve independence. This includes enhancing attention span, improving organizational skills, and fostering social interactions that may be affected by impulsivity or inattention. Spectrum offers a number of home and community based services, including Host Homes, Companion Care, and Residential Homes. Each of these programs is co-developed by the person and their interdisciplinary team to support their goals and help them achieve maximum independence. This includes vocational programs.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy, or OT, is about helping you do what you want and need to do. That might be as simple as learning how to use a new pair of crutches, or it might involve adjusting your home or workplace so that it’s safer and easier for you to get around.

An OT will evaluate your condition and watch you perform tasks to determine the best way to help. They may even come to your home, school or workplace to see how it can be made more accessible and safe for you. They’ll also give you advice and support, called interventions, that can help you overcome obstacles like physical weakness or fatigue.

An OT can also work on broader social issues, like addressing “occupational deprivation” — the exclusion of people from participating in their chosen occupations due to external factors. They’re often advocates for a more equitable and inclusive society, and promote the idea that everyone has an inherent right to meaningful occupations.

EMDR Therapy Services

EMDR therapy is a powerful technique that helps individuals process and make sense of traumatic memories. Unlike traditional talk therapy that could have you recounting a distressing event over and over again, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (often through guided eye movements) to rewire the way your brain processes these memories. This can significantly reduce emotional distress and is proven to be effective in alleviating PTSD.

Just as your body works to heal a physical wound, your mind is geared towards psychological recovery, but traumas and negative experiences can often interfere with this natural process. By incorporating EMDR therapy into our holistic addiction treatment plans, we can help you overcome the psychological barriers that prevent you from achieving sobriety.

Whether you’re dealing with the loss of a loved one, navigating a major life change or working through a traumatic event, EMDR can provide the support and tools you need to navigate these difficult transitions. It can also be a helpful addition to other forms of therapy, like cognitive-behavioral therapy and group support.
